Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain & Repair Equipment: Troubleshoot slot machines, roulette systems, and AV setups to ensure optimal performance
  • Assist with Audio/Visual Support: Set up and fine-tune microphones, speakers, mixers.
  • Preventive Maintenance: Conduct regular checks on gaming devices, bill acceptors, coin counters, and promotional displays
  • Technical Assistance: Respond to floor calls, resolve tech issues quickly, and support staff during high-traffic hours
  • Security & Compliance: Monitor equipment for tampering, ensure systems meet company standards.
  • Inventory Management: Track tools, parts, and supplies needed for repairs and upgrades.
