  • Maintain a tidy, inviting front desk area that reflects the casino’s ambiance
  • Handle membership sign-ups.
  • Coordinate with security and floor staff to ensure smooth guest flow
  • Handle basic data entry.



Requirements


  • Basic Computer Literacy.
  • Customer Service Training – Prior experience in hospitality or front desk settings is a plus
  • A good command of the English Language (any other Language will be an asset)
