  • You will be required to:
    • Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electronic gaming machines and audio equipment
    • Respond to floor calls swiftly to resolve technical issues during live events
    • Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on casino systems.
    • Keep accurate logs of repairs, upgrades, and equipment usage
    • Collaborate with the audio and promotions team to enhance guest experience.

Requirements

 Technician Qualifications 
  • 2 years Experience in the Field – This is the baseline requirement for most technician roles
  • Technical Courses – Training in electronics, computer science, or mechanical repair is a big plus.
  • Certifications – Optional but valuable- Certification for slot machine maintenance
 Skills & Experience
  • Troubleshooting Expertise – Ability to diagnose and repair electronic and mechanical issues
  • Customer Service Skills – Friendly, professional demeanor when assisting guests or staff
  • Record Keeping – Maintain logs of repairs, machine resets, and inventory
  Work Conditions

Responsibilities

Technicians are the backbone of any Casino. If the games are not running effeciently there will be customers - so the responsibility of the Technician is a very big one! The technicians are to be on the floor or in close access at all times in order to ensure effective operations.
